Who We Are

Stumme, Collins, Gritters & Epley, PLLC is a small-town law office with the resources and experience to provide the highest level of legal representation. With locations in Waverly and Denver, we are conveniently located to represent clients throughout the State of Iowa and in both the Northern and Southern Federal Districts of Iowa. We were formed in 2017 from the merger of two existing law firms, which in combination had been practicing law for over 130 years. Our heritage includes several former attorneys who were appointed District Court Judges and one elected as a County Attorney.
